The competition provides the business community with the opportunity to gain recognition, showcase their best practices and demonstrate why each of them would be an ideal place for employees to work. Our panel of judges, in conjunction with Illinois Institute of Technology Center for Research and Service and Davenport University, takes extreme care in ensuring the integrity of the selection process.
