Two program offerings are available
The Character-based Capitalism Program – Leadership for an Innovative Culture ©. This online self-study series of five modules enables individual leaders to apply the leadership practices, processes, and behaviors to establish and reinforce an organizational culture of Character-based Capitalism in their area(s) of responsibility. It includes five workbooks and 9 videos. Each module takes several hours to complete, not including the practice exercises which are intended to become life-long habits.
The Character-based Capitalism Program – Strategic Leadership for an Innovative Culture©. A facilitated workshop series for a company’s most senior leaders, this program focuses on applying leadership practices for a culture of Character-based Capitalism. Senior leaders engage in developing the company’s organizational purpose (values, vision, mission, and goal) as well as establishing the Organizational Leadership System through which Human Resource and communication processes build and reinforce the culture. The five half-day workshops are guided through digital workbooks and preparatory videos. The program can be conducted virtually, which is a topic during the facilitator certification webinar.
Both programs feature the book The Character-based Car Company: Leadership for an Innovative Culture, which synthesizes the knowledge from thousands of pages in over thirty books and articles by experts such as Jim Collins, Dan Goleman, and Ed Catmul into a concise, engaging story that can be read in less than an hour. The story is an illustrated parable about two car companies that will help readers quickly learn the leadership practices of Character-based Capitalism that inspire employees to be more innovative and productive.
