Harassment in the Workplace Training
Illinois Harassment Training
In 2020, Illinois employers are required to provide annual sexual harassment prevention training to all employees. The training must define sexual harassment including a summary of federal and state laws regarding unlawful harassment, provide examples of prohibited conduct, and declare the employer’s policies to prevent, investigate, and address sexual harassment in the workplace.
HRBOOST® has provided training for Employees and Supervisors to cover your compliance needs and help you understand and recognize different forms of harassment in the workplace and how to prevent it.
Chicago Harassment Training
On July 1, 2022 the city of Chicago updated it’s sexual harassment training laws to make them stronger and to uphold zero tolerance of violence in the workplace, including an enhanced definition of sexual harassment. The new law also requires expanded training to include one hour of employee training, two hours of supervisor training, and one hour of bystander training for employees and supervisors.
HRBOOST ® provides an interactive training that includes videos and a quiz for Employees and Supervisors to cover and discuss the updated sexual harassment laws. We know business managers like you want to ensure you maintain compliance and understand and recognize the different forms of harassment in the workplace and how to prevent it. HRBOOST® has you covered.
