BestWork® DATA has developed a simple 25 minute online experience that measures hard-wired traits and abilities that describe how a person thinks, learns and behaves. The DATA presents a clear picture of their unique strengths with regard to any job behavior. It is easy to see what they can do best and what they cannot do. This enables the person or an employer to use their talents to the greatest advantage.
Personality Test for Jobs
Strength Charts
Easy to understand charts showing a full range of job behaviors (expanded beyond the Quick Screening Charts) that are critical or important to the performance of certain types of jobs and indicating the individual’s strengths on each job capability; available for three types of jobs: Sales Strengths Chart - For sales positions Management Strengths Chart - For managers or supervisors - Financial-IT-Admin Strengths Chart - (For financial, IT, or administrative positions).
Employee Screening Charts
A quick look at the critical hiring factors for key positions enabling clients with high volumes of applicants to screen out poor candidates prior to looking at resumés or spending time with interviews; available for three types of jobs Sales, Management/Supervision, High Detail/High Compliance (Financial, IT, Admin, Quality)
Job Reports
These are brief descriptions of how the individual will perform each of the job behaviors that are critical or important for success in these types of jobs with areas of concern indicated in bold.
The Faking Good scale is captured in this report, with an alert for high scores appearing at the top of the page. These reports are only for the hiring managers or recruiters. Personality Employment Test
BestWork® DATA Personality Employment Test offers the industry’s most accurate and easiest to use assessment of cognitive abilities and hard-wired personality strengths. That DATA is then translated into a menu of reports that describe exactly how a candidate will perform on almost any type of job. That menu also includes behavioral event-based interview questions and recommendations for onboarding and training the new employee. This information is intended for their new manager. HRBOOST® clients have three options for delivering BestWork® DATA in their businesses.
Team Engineering Program
BestWork® DATA offers two levels of team engineering programs, each of which is far superior to traditional team building exercises. Appreciation of diversity and bench strength is foundational to any team excelling together.

This format provides a full description and mapping of the group’s complete ecosystem. With the DATA, you can engage the client on issues of management, collaboration, performance, communication or anything related to people and their behavior. It includes tools for the team leader, showing how each person will contribute to the team and how to bring out their value within the team. There are tools for each team member showing them how to be more effective within the team and with the team leader. This workshop is ideal for any management team or other type of work group where collaboration and communication is critical.
