A Booster Shot from HRBOOST® (Feb 2019): Benefits of Arbitration

Happy February from all of us at HRBOOST®! We are excited to be facilitating Team Engineering Retreats and Culture Team Kickoff initiatives with a number of our clients in the past 4 weeks. In fact, I have done so much talking, I have Laryngitis. A deep challenge for the vocal over doer in me. Time will heal this and in the meantime we have some content just for you!

  • In case you missed the Webinar on my 7 Steps to a Culture by Design, you can now pull it up ON DEMAND! I hope you enjoy.
  • Also, our good friend at Wessels Sherman, Nancy Joerg has shared the Benefits of Arbitration and what could be better than an amicable resolution built into your handbook?
  • The countdown is on for the National Best & Brightest® Summit to take place in Chicago, September 2019. Check out The National Summit 2019 and #ILLUMINATE 2019!
  • I am excited to share I will be the Keynote Speaker at the NWI Annual SHRM Conference in April 2019. SHRM NWI Annual Conference 2019 Save the Date for Michigan City!
  • And of course, our NEW Small Business Bundles are delighting the smaller businesses we encounter as they realize the PEO is not for everyone. See what we’ve been up to the past 30 days (at the end of this newsletter).

Graciously,
Nicole

  1. Keep it simple.
