Our professional coaches (see below) are available to work with you or your key employees using a range of approaches that are comprehensive and cost effective.

  • Tier 1 - Assessment: This coaching arrangement will begin by taking a BestWork DATA assessment which assesses hard-wired personality and cognitive ability DATA regarding job capabilities. On this foundation we will assist our client in the creation of a performance success plan. Foundational coaching will be provided on how to begin this development journey. A leader, supervisor, or mentor will be identified to assist our client with a hand-off for on-going coaching (5 hours); Fee: $1,075 (discounted off the standard $1,250 fee).
  • Tier 2 - Three-month coaching process: Includes all of Tier 1 plus 6 additional hours of coaching over a 3-month period to help ensure strong beginning progress in his/her performance success plan and implementation support. A final meeting with the client’s supervisor will occur to help with the ongoing continuity of the performance success plan. Fee: $2,215 (discounted off the standard $2,750 fee).
  • Tier 3 - Six-month coaching process: Includes all of Tier 1 plus 12 additional hours of coaching over a 6-month period to help ensure a strong beginning progress in his/her performance success plan and implementation support. A final meeting with the client’s supervisor will occur to help with the ongoing continuity of the performance success plan. Fee: $3,355 discounted off of the standard $4,250 fee).
  • Group Coaching (Crowdsourced Coaching) – Another option is to join a cohort of leaders at any level to mutually address leadership needs and challenges and learn effective strategies to enhance outcomes. Group meets weekly for an hour over three months. (Click here for more information.)
  • Tailored - Senior Leader Coaching – A free initial discussion of need will help the coach/consultant understand desired outcomes. A proposal would be sent to highlight a recommended scope of services to be provided along with pricing. HRBOOST®coaches have a broad base of training and consulting experiences to offer a comprehensive strategy within the proposal.

Jay Colker; HR Business Partner

Jay has consulted/coached leaders at all levels from first line supervisors to CEOs to help them enhance their performance and relationships overall. Jay brings a diverse set of skills working for 18 years as an organizational development consultant and for eleven years as a Chief Learning Officer of a multi-billion-dollar international bank institution where he helped develop and improve human capital practices. Jay also worked as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for 20 years enhancing personal relationships as well. Jay earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and a Doctor of Management Degree in Organizational Leadership.

Scott has over 25 years of Senior Level Human Resources experience. He is a certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker who focuses on the professional and leadership growth of individuals and organizations. He also has a master’s degree in Intercultural Relations. Scott is a practical tactician, having worked one-to-one and in small groups with hundreds of leaders and professionals helping them to improve their relational and tactical leadership skills. Scott’s life pursuit is to add value to others and help them excel in what they do best.
